What timezone are you in? * Eastern What country do you live in? * US Why do you want to be a moderator on BCDOJRP? * I think this is one of the best servers on the terms of GTA RP. Community is great, RP is great, current staff/high ups really value its community and try to insure amazing RP scenarios and while I feel like I slightly contribute to some scenarios on the terms of RP I also feel like I can be doing more for the community and I want to give back for the experience/opportunities that I’ve been provided. What experience, if any, do you have moderating? Are you currently staff on another server? If you have left a previous staff position on another server, explain why. Have you learned from your mistakes, if you had made any? * I used to be the “Head Admin” for Icefuse Networks. I’ve learned a variety of different things from that role some of which include Implementing policies/rules, running staff meetings, hiring/terminating staff, conducting training's, dealing with “negative” situations in the forums/game against staff/community members, server maintenance/updates and other general staff duties. I was active with the community for 2 years as staff before I left to focus on my bachelors degree and I am not currently staff on any server. On the terms of “mistakes” I of course like everyone have made some small mistakes along the way but I’ve never done anything major and I’ve learned from them all no matter how small to continue a more positive experience. [For anyone unfamiliar with this community Icefuse Networks is a gmod Star Wars (Clone Wars) RP server running a 64Client base per server and ran(at that time) three servers] What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? * I’m sure there are a ton of awesome applicants all of which bring something great to the table! But all I can say is I will contribute the time, an unbiased view(on multiple types of situations), positive experiences both in game and out, I am always happy to help anyone no matter the time and I enjoy making sure others are having a good time RPing. How long have you been roleplaying? This includes games other than FiveM. Why do you like to roleplay? Explain in detail. * Id arguably say about 6-7 years if not longer I started role-playing on the original Xbox playing Sims 3! While it was only a local two player game it was still great fun and the RP was limitless. I moved on from that to Gmod and joined multiple different types of servers such as Star Wars RP, Halo RP, Different types of Military RPs, the list goes on. I enjoy role-playing because I can literally be anything I want and it's relaxing to escape to a different “life” that doesn't have all the drama and nonsense going on in real life(irl). Not to mention all the great people you meet along the way whom enjoy role-playing games just as much as you do. If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * If someone is exploding vehicles and its not related to any “modding/hacking” then I would institute a 3 strike rule.. 1: Verbal staff stop with the offender, informing them of the general rule of thumb. 2: If individual keeps at it, A “kick” will be issued with a warning. 3: If the individual still doesn't get the point a “temp ban” will be issued with a warning continuing these acts will potentially result in a permanent ban. If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * Threatening members is and should NEVER be tolerated!! A permanent ban should be issued. Allowing this type of behavior will only open the door to a more negative player base and can also cause a decline in “better” community members. If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. * This is kind of a semi tricky one.. I for one would prefer this type of situation to be handled by the police first as to continue to the standards of role-play in the server and if anything the police on scene can ticket the offender for "stalking" which is a misdemeanor. If it is truly something that needs to be handled by a staff even after that then of course a staff stop should be done with both individuals on this “he said, she said” situation and giving out a general verbal warning to whomever the offender may or may not actually be.. Take the time to spectate the aftermath as that's usually when the offender comes clean and then make note of it for any future stops with that individual. What do you do on a daily basis in real life that could cause you to not be on the server at specific times? EX. (School, work, traveling) I just started as a Cyber Security Agent for Google, working Monday-Friday 5AM-3PM and I also do some short mini vacations every now and then. (2-3 days long) Do you agree to not talk about your application to staff members OR civilians? * (yes or no) YES. Do you agree not to ask ANYONE to view your application? * (yes or no) YES.
