After hearing stories about BCDOJRP, I got interested but my previous community disbanded over very stupid drama, and I got a bit fed up with it for a bit and was afraid the same thing would happen. Now that I got motivation back to get into RP, and especially as I miss it so much, I would love to be a moderator and maybe even admin one day and help an already great community become even better. What experience, if any, do you have moderating? Are you currently staff on another server? If you have left a previous staff position on another server, explain why. Have you learned from your mistakes, if you had made any? * About 3 weeks of moderating on the previous community, I went from trial mod to mod, to head mod very rapidly as I surpassed expectations rather quickly. I had to leave the position as the community disbanded as the owner was rather immature and decided to shut everything down after having just received about 200 dollars worth of donations so yeah. And yes, I feel like I learned to be a bit more harsh at times, and not always try to talk to people, especially if they're already doing very stupid things like mass RDMing, VDMing, etc. What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? * I feel like I could be a very good asset both ingame and out of game, willing to learn anything I dont know yet, and teach others things that I do already know. I like to learn new things and from past experience I learn very quickly, which has lead to very quick promotions both in the staff area and police area of the previous community I was in. I'm very mature, especially when ingame or on discord if there's a serious matter going on, or a discussion, whatever the situation might be. I'm always respectful and try to be as polite as I possibly can be, and I received alot of praise for my ability to always be calm and reason with people in the past, and feel this would be a good "skill" to bring over. How long have you been roleplaying? This includes games other than FiveM. Why do you like to roleplay? Explain in detail. * In FiveM, sadly only about a month and a week, give or take. I joined a public server and I liked what I saw, decided to join the discord and sent in a PD and staff application, basically the same as now. I got accepted for both and in a month time I got from trial mod, to head mod, and was close to being promoted to admin when the community disbanded. Other games I have RP'd in have been Gmod, darkrp although this was very long ago, along with arma 2 island life, which I played alot although once arma 3 came out I got more into milsim again, which I suppose has an aspect of roleplay in it aswell and I've been doing it for 7 years. If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * At first I'd try to talk to the person, try to get them to stop or a reason for it. If they dont comply I'd kick them and if they join back and carry on i'd give them, if applicable, a day ban. If the person were to comply, and were to apologise to the people who'se cars he blew up, I'd let him off with a warning, obviously depending on severity of the situation. If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * From past experience this resulted in an instant 3 day ban, if they came back after that and did the same thing they'd get perma banned. These were the rules at the old community and since so far that's been my only experience in FiveM, I'm sticking to that unless this community's rules say otherwise. If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. * Teleport to them both and have a chat with both of them there, try to see both perspectives before drawing conclusions. Assuming the person was actually being harrassed, i'd ask the other guy to stop, and if he doesn't comply he'd be kicked, with more severe punishment if he joins back and carries on with the behaviour, maybe even escalating to bans. What do you do on a daily basis in real life that could cause you to not be on the server at specific times? EX. (School, work, traveling) Work, girlfriend. I work during the day, but at times I might have to work nights, although this is very rare it will happen at times.
