In Staff Applications
Whats your discord name? (Includes your discord ID): WiFiFoFum#0001 To make things easier could you put you steam profile here - https://steamcommunity.com/id/ordinarytoaster/ How old are you? (Lying about your age will result in a denied application and a temporary ban) * 15 What timezone are you in? *: EST What country do you live in?: CAN (Canada) Why do you want to be a moderator on BCDOJRP? : I've been role-playing on BCDOJRP server for a few months, and I enjoy meeting and interacting with different people almost everyday. A few months ago I stopped playing a lot of video games and moved to FiveM. Upon joining and adjusting to FiveM I joined a popular server (which is BCDOJRP) and have been role-playing in it ever since. I am currently a certified civilian, and am filling my duties in the San Andreas Highway Patrol as a Lieutenant (former Assistant Commissioner), Homeland Security Intelligence office Chief, and a Federal Bureau of Investigations Agent. I enjoy role-playing in this server, and feel like more staff team is needed to uphold the rules ensuring that the role-play is followed at all times allowing a successful server and game play for users. I, being a member of the community am always available for discord-related issues which will not only fill some of my duties as a moderator, but as a helper and leader in our community to make our discord finer. Having a well organized, and rule following discord will always start the game off at a successful start, and having available admins in game will lead to more role-play and more players. I'm available every weekend, and on most night's as I am in school (I'll be out of school on the 29th after exams). With exams and summer time coming up, I feel it as though it's in the servers best interest to have more admins in game while we gain more members due to the fact everyone is out of school and will play on our server. Sometimes in games, we are short-numbered in staff and is one of the reasons I am applying, as I feel it's in the people's best interest. What experience, if any, do you have moderating? Are you currently staff on another server? I have partaken in moderation and staff positions in other private servers in the past and have kept the discord & games rules kept to a high standard. With that being said, I do not hold any staff positions on other servers, I'm planning on staying with this server for most of my online time as though I feel like this server could easily become the highest role-playing server on FiveM. Moderation is a big task for some, I am able to understand people to a high degree and can explain my issues towards a variety of people. Having communication will lead and benefit other skills, like enforcing regulations, and gaining populations off of respect and maturity. I am always mature and unbiased when it comes to decisions that will impact other people. I always double think my decisions, leading to a more successful path when dealing with situations. Discord and game rules should always be kept to the required standard. I have studied the FiveM, and BCDOJRP rules allowing myself to have a more solid understanding and knowledge when it comes to dealing with people violating the said rules. Discord rules shall also be followed, as if they are broken it won't only impact the user violating the rule, but to the staff team that shall be upholding the discord rules and policies. What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? I can contribute to not only being an active, mature, and professional player, but taking the role of a staff member to enforce the rules I, and other users shall be following. I can, and will contribute constant activity in both discord and game, as well as maturity followed by messages and direct/indirect communication. I meet the age requirement for discord, and high command in departments. I believe I should be chosen as a staff member, I am well liked and am a responsible player that has preformed to the top level of degree in representing my agency, with that being said I would represent the Staff Team to the best of my ability. I have studied the rules which will overall help when dealing with situations, contributing to the discord and my duties as a staff member. How long have you been roleplaying? This includes games other than FiveM. Why do you like to roleplay? I have been role-playing in FiveM for no longer then a year. I enjoy role-playing law enforcement, moderation, and being a day-to-day citizen willing to allow other people to have fun while role- playing. I, as an individual think outside of the box wile making decisions, and how I should create fair role play. Currently, it's my duty to preform acceptable role-play as a certified civilian. I've been role-playing in other servers on FiveM, for most of my time in other "groups" my top time (for other groups) is about a month, and then I stop playing either to the fail role-play, or inactive members. If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Deepening on the degree of the rule violated, I would speak to them and address the situation appropriately. I would address that it's against the games rules, as many don't realize that what they are doing can, and is impacting the game-play of others as that is why it's one of the rules being enforced upon members. I would warn the person for violating the rule, if it continues I would kick him for violating the rule upon reviving a warning. If the person was using blacklisted weaponry to explode vehicles it would result in a kick. Banning would only occur if the rule has been violated multiple times by the user, and would get a time on that ban accordingly. If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? If an individual was threatening another person, or the server with DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) or threatening to "hack another person/and or game" I would immediately address the situation, resulting in a ban from the server, and or game. Upon banning the individual I would quickly get an admin, or senior admin to follow up on what they find is the suitable punishment. A server ban would be permanent until changed, or said otherwise. If a person in-game were making accusations and threatening to DDOS or hack the server I would issue a permanent ban as well as a talk with a more senior staff member. If they were threatening another individual, I would ban theb for 24/48 hours as people can be frustrated and say what the want to annoy or scare another.. again that isn't and shouldn't be tolerated no matter the reasoning being it. Upon banning them I would get the witnesses and gather information regarding the situation. If I was by myself, I would record all of my operations and duties as a staff member. If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. In a situation like role-play where verbal communication is being said in a role-play situation I would spectate the said player to find as much information as I can and to get the required amount of evidence I find suitable to remove the said player. If I felt like I needed to immediately take action, I would demand that the role-play be paused and address the player that "threatened another player" I would tell them that the other player isn't comfortable with their choice of words and I would ask him to stop at that point. If it was all a big role-play scene I would let it go. In a situation where I have to separate both players due to the fact one individual was threatening another I would heavily warn the individual for violating the game rules and if it continued I would insure he'd be kicked. If it got to the point he was not only threatening members of the public but the staff team I would kick or pan him appropriately. Although it might be said out of anger, it's still not acceptable. What do you do on a daily basis in real life that could cause you to not be on the server at specific times? I am an A+ high school student in grade 9, although I am in school, I might not be available during some day time, with that being said I will have constant communication on discord at all times. In the next year or so, I will be looking for a job, which might impact my time at nights but shouldn't limit most of my day-time. Summer is also coming up, which means I might be traveling and that could impact no more then a week or a month a year as some of my cousins live in foreign countries which means I can't see them a lot so I like to spend time with them. Besides that, I will be available sometimes in the day, and if not, I'll be available at nights (3:30 PM - 11:00 PM EST) Do you agree to not talk about your application to staff members OR civilians? Yes, I agree. Do you agree not to ask ANYONE to view your application? Yes, I agree. Do you agree that any internal conversions between the Staff Team must not leave staff-only voice channels, and is strictly prohibited to be recorded? Yes, I agree. Do you acknowledge that changing your discord or forum name during the application process can effect its outcome? (If we can't find you, we cant promote you!) Yes, I agree. If you ask about your application it will be denied and you can be banned from the server. Do you Yes, I agree. Do you understand that you can be removed from staff at anytime for any reason? Yes, I agree.

1.) What is your discord name? WiFiFoFum#4063 2.) Why do you think your qualified for homeland security? I believe I am one of the top qualified candidates for the Homeland Security. With that being said, I will elaborate to prove my point to an extent. Three years ago, I started role playing (on and off gta v) as a law enforcement officer, and a federal officer. I role played on different platforms as a federal agent for about a year or two as a Homeland Security federal protection service agent, my job was very important and with me being in that position I learned many skills, in which will lead to succession if accepted into the Homeland Security. One of my major skills is communication, I as a San Andreas Highway Patrol Staff Sergeant am constantly exposed to a variety of people which forces me to be open and learn about the actions and the feeling different people have. To shorten it up, I am exposed to different people in which I learn to understand and communicate people to an extent. I for two, understand my roles and job while communicating with others, along me to be more understanding to get my point across. Another skill I obtain, is maturity. Having maturity is very important, as a role model. As a federal agency, we need to set a standard for to enforce heavy maturity and professionalism to keep a steady trust with the high command and its agents to insure rules and regulations are followed at all times. I myself am a very professional and mature individual, which suit the Homeland Security phenomenal. In regards to training, I have worked in multiple departments and agency's that train, and prepare officers for any and all situations. As a Staff Sergeant, it's my duty to understand and acknowledge that we have to be prepared for any situation or scenario that might occur in-game. As a peace officer, I am heavily trained with firearms and how to operate them. I also maintain situations like shootouts, bank robbery's, hostage situations, and day-to-day traffic stops which will benefit me and the DHS if I am employed by the Homeland Security. 3.) What new things can you bring to Homeland Security? I myself can bring professionalism, maturity, communication, the understanding of procedures to operate a firearm, the understanding of a rank structure and department policy, and assistance to the Homeland Security. 4.) What do you do if you don’t like a fellow agent or supervisor you work with? I would follow my orders, and continue to my job. No matter the partner, co-worker, or boss I have will change my actions on or off-field. If it comes to a point where I can no longer do my job, as if they are impeding or obstructing my job I would report them to my internal affairs or the department high command. If my boss has conflict with another worker and myself, and uses his power to commit a bias action I will report it to a high command member and await there response. Until then, my boss is my boss and my co-worker is my co-worker. 5.) If you get accepted what sub departments would you like to participate in? Internal Affairs, Intelligence Office 6.) Do you understand to listen to your superiors at ALL times? Yes, I understand.
