(40 min word count) I'm a mature individual and act professional at all times within this community. I'm a calm and level headed individual shown by my time on the staff team. I'm also able to see through lies generally and able to get to the truth in almost all situations. I've got ample amount of time available to myself and hence can contribute time to this department. This in combination with my tactical thinking and my leadership skills makes me an ideal candidate for this. 3.) What new things can you bring to Homeland Security? (50 min word count) As stated above, I have not only leadership skills in being able to help set up situations in order to reach the best outcome in an situation resulting in no/little loss of life in situations. But also my tactical thinking and investigation skills which is enforced via my time on the staff team. This along with my professionalism and maturity will allow my fellow agents and I along with the other players on the community for the best RP experience possible. I think it's also necessary to point out that of course orders will be followed, however If I believe there is a better alternative which will result in a better outcome for all parties involved, I'm able to stand up and make my voice heard if needed. 4.) What do you do if you don’t like a fellow agent or supervisor you work with? (25 min word count) As with any work situation including real life, personalities and people in general may not see eye to eye. This is life, you accept it and act professional and mature. You're both working towards the same aim and goal and hence you simply act professional and simply say what is needed to help towards that goal and then ignore each other till a communication between you both is necessary. In the event however this is your direct supervisor, it may be regrettable that an ask to change of your supervisor may be needed to prevent any bias or controversy. 5.) (Lying about your age will result in a denied application and a temporary ban) * 23 What timezone are you in? * GMT What country do you live in? * England Why do you want to be a moderator on BCDOJRP? * In my time here I've enjoyed every minute, however during the EU time zone, there definitely seems to be a higher percentage of rule breakers and general minges/trolls on the server. I want to be able to help the player base more and encourage more meaningful situations and be able to help players with the queries and questions they have. Furthermore I've constantly reported numerous players for rule breaking and because of the load placed on the staff unfortunately they don't always respond due to the amount of reports. I'm hoping with myself being staff I'll be able to look out for these players breaking the rules and be able to aid not only the staff but also the general player base more. What experience, if any, do you have moderating? Are you currently staff on another server? If you have left a previous staff position on another server, explain why. Have you learned from your mistakes, if you had made any? * I've had plenty of experience as moderating from co-owning a community on a PERP GMod server all the way down to being a simple moderator on DarkRP servers. The reasoning behind leaving my last servers is simply due to University and exams. Luckily I've just finished my final year in University and so are now free and have ample of time for the server and it's player base. Since I've basically grown up being a moderator I have made mistakes, we're human. However since I have been moderating for 7 years now, I've learned from those mistakes and now can handle pretty much any and all situations with not only a calm and collective mind, however also the ability to understand and see both points a view to a situation, and from this be able to handle the situation professionally and maturely. Why should we pick you over another applicant? * - 7 Years Experience Moderating - Professionalism - Maturity - Active in needed Time Zones (GMT) and active on Discord. - Able to interrupt the rules and able to apply then and help players to understand them. - Ability to understand both points of a situation, without bias and give an actual factual response. How long have you been roleplaying? This includes games other than FiveM. Why do you like to roleplay? Explain in detail. * As stated, I've RPed since I was 16, making this my 8th year of RolePlaying. I've RPed on numerous games such as GMod to Mount and Blade along with numerous other games. The idea of being able to be someone you're not and 'live' scenarios you never would in real life has always been of key interest to myself. With this position I believe I'd be able to help maintain this for players who generally enjoy this server and want to RP. If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * There's two scenarios to this. The first being if the player was exploding a car or two and when I went to him and asked him what he was doing, if he explained he was trying to de spawn the cars, I'd simply inform him to use the correct tab in the F1 menu, if there was malicious in that though the player would receive a warning. If the player was breaking numerous cars, I'd again talk to the player and ask what they're doing and explain not to do that. I'd then warn the player if the infraction wasn't that serious, however if the player was trying to blow up multiple, 5+ cars the player clearly isn't here to RP and a kick would be more appropriate. If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * In my previous servers I've always taken a hard stance to any form of DDOS or hacking threats. If this was the case, I'd firstly gather the relevant evidence such as recording/Screen Shots. From here I'd gather the players ID and any other relevant information and contact a superior. If given permission (Unsure if T-Mods can Perm Ban) I'd then proceed to permanently banning the player from the server. This would also typically include an IP ban on the player. The player usually (From past servers) would also receive a perm ban on the voice server with the only way of being allowed to be unbanned is via appeal on the forums. If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. * Again there's two ways this can play out. The first being that the player was genuinely trying to RP and the other player took it as harassment. if this is the case I'd hear out both sides of the story and go from there, however most often than not I'd inform both players to stay away from each other and RP elsewhere to prevent further hostile interactions. The second way this could play out is from the above, however once the above situation is over, I'd spectate both players for a while and if I see the player who was accused of harassment continuing to do so I'd again go to him and explain that I've been watching and that he's lied to staff. Since the player is clearly not here to RP and here to harass and troll players, the player would be kicked or temporarily banned.
