Have you learned from your mistakes, if you had made any? * I was a moderator for arma rp (an old atlis life server2015)servers a while back and my experience laid the foundation to my leadership skills and how to effectively moderate and assist the admins. No big mistakes come to mind, but that's not to say that there hasn't been a few bumps in the road. I learned a lot of leadership and various other useful skills at my real life job as well. I am a laborer/ laborer assistant, and i've had to take charge of small groups of people, (telling them where to go, what to do, other safety protocols, and even more micro management stuff) What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? * I can contribute much more than expected from a run of the mill moderator. I tend to stand out from the crowd and its easy to sense that not only i am a loyal person but that i am much more qualified for the job than a vast majority of applicants due to my experience in other rp servers and real life as well. I tend to assume role as leader in most rp and rl situation. i was raised to be a leader but i also can be a loyal team member, that looks out for fellow team mates. i've made quite the reputation in the rp servers i've been in, i always try to be involved and recognized in any rp situation, i am not shy what so ever. i hope to get moderator status so that maybe ill have the chance to climb the ladder and become an admin one day. Explain in detail. * (arma) i like to be immersed into rp and it is one of my favourite things to do in my free time so i have easily 1000 hours in rp. i took theater and improv back in high school as well. i was a very dedicated thespian and had some lead roles in some plays. i love to act/ rp and i contribute a lot of my learned rp skills to my real life acting experiences. it is so fun to engage with some very talented witty actors/Role players. it is seriously the most fun thing ever to find another excellent role player to interact with. ive had many good moments during my rp sessions, made lots of friends and even improved some of my voice acting skills while role playing. If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * firstly i follow the common protocol and ask why they did such acts, tell them why they shouldn't do it and if they're compliant and understandable, ill issue them a warning. However if the suspect was reported multiple times and is a known "fail rp" ill issue a kick, potential ban depending on severity of the situation. If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * I do not take DDOS/ hacking threats lightly due to the fact i've seen the severity of a DDOS attack before and i will more than likely issue a ban. If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. * Follow protocol and request both parties statements, and if the victim truly feels that the harassment was too much, ill seperate the two. but if the suspect took things way too far, then potentially i will kick. What do you do on a daily basis in real life that could cause you to not be on the server at specific times? EX. (School, work, traveling) my schedule is mainly open, it really depends if a big contract job comes our way then its possible i might be working daily 6am to 3-8 pm. but work has been slow as of late so i work around 3 days a week from 6 am to 3pm. we do service calls and we choose when we take them, so my days are random.
