Its not just the server itself i love the people who play on it. Its always fun to role play with the people who also like to role play the same way you do. I also want to give back to the server and help it grow in a positive manner. What experience, if any, do you have moderating? Are you currently staff on another server? If you have left a previous staff position on another server, explain why. Have you learned from your mistakes, if you had made any? * I have tones of experience moderating just none on fiveM and i am excited to learn. I was a head admin on a ArmA life server, I held the position until the end ruffly about 2 years. Currently i am not a staff on any other server, so i would need to be taught the "ropes" of how to moderate a FiveM server. On a previous server where i held the position of S1 NCOIC for a ArmA III Milsim server i had been in the position 6 months give or take. I had removed myself from the position only when i saw it unnecessary and inconvenient to my prior engagements. I learned from that 1 thing, always trust your guys and i will always remember that. I learned also that if i make a mistake to not beat myself up and to always strive forward. What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? * What i can contribute to BCDOJRP is a good head on my shoulders and a well rounded knowledge of staff issues and solutions. I am always the first to volunteer to do something and i never give up. i am a very dedicated person and i always strive to finish my work ahead of time. How long have you been roleplaying? This includes games other than FiveM. Why do you like to roleplay? Explain in detail. * I have been roleplaying for ruffly 5 years now. i started on ArmA III, I am now roleplaying on FiveM and i am enjoying it so far. I personnaly like roleplaying because it gives me kind of a break from reality for a second. It makes all my stress just go away and i can sit down and enjoy a game and play it with others who do the same. I guess its really about the community to be honest. If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * If someone was exploding cars i would punish them by teleporting them away from the area of roleplay and then freeze them. I would then teleport myself out to them and explain why they can not do that, i would then remove them from the server and tell them to come back when they want to roleplay correctly. if the problem continues after the person comes back i would consult another admin and tell the the reasoning behind a possible ban and then ban them for failrp and RDM. If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. * If someone was being threatened with a DDOS i would quickly remove them from the server and give them a ban inform another admin about the situation and infrom the person who was being threatened a DDOS to have there IP reset i would then depending on how many people were on the server restart it just for safety. If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. * I would separate the players and talk to them both one on one to get the full story if the issue is a misunderstanding then i would inform them both to just stay away from each other for the time being. if it was more sinister and i felt the person threatening the other had taken it to far i would separate them and talk to the person who was doing the threatening and explain why he can not be taking it to the extreme that he was. What do you do on a daily basis in real life that could cause you to not be on the server at specific times? EX. (School, work, traveling) Currently i am unemployed but that will change shortly. I am also going to be doing Physical Training because i am joining the military.
