I see what the admins and mods go through every day, and I feel I could help lessen the load each individual person takes on if they allow me, aka taking on some of it myself.

I'm currently a discord admin for another server (not FiveM, just a community) and it has around 600 members. I've been doing it for around 6 months now. IRL, I also co-own a non-profit, so I frequently deal with internal issues and have to do my best to maintain our image even when things go wrong. In the past, my biggest mistakes actually involved taking no action. I would sit idly by and watch people break rules, but I wouldn't issue mutes or bans as quickly. Nowadays, I've learned that actions require consequences if they break rules, so I act much quicker when the need is there. I'm well known for being the fastest of the three admins to react to situations actually right now.
What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? *
I've only been on the server a little over two weeks I believe, but in that time I've gone from a trainee in the Fire Department to a Fire Marshal, as well as making a noticeable impact on BCPD I believe and hopefully other sectors. I would love to be able to watch some roleplay scenes play out and just be there as a regulator too. People RDM and VDM at RP scenes that are going really well, so if I was able to I'd simply kick people doing that so the scene could continue more fluidly. I understand the staff can't be everywhere, but I'm very actively involved and I hope to be for a long time so I'd love to help out.

I love to roleplay for the same reason I love to play videogames, because I can do things I normally cannot in real life. I'm a college graduate and I don't have any desire to be police or fire in real life, so I love being able to do that on this server. I've been roleplaying for about 5 years now, since 2014. I used to RP on only Xbox GTA, as that was the only way I was able to, but I upgraded my PC about 3 weeks ago and am happily able to be a part of this community now.
If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. *
I would kick them with the reason "FailRP and RDM" assuming some people were hit with the explosions. Firstly, however, I would TP to them and talk to them, attempting to reason with them and get them to stop before I resorted to any type of kick or ban. If they're just mean and curse at me or whatever, I'll kick them with that reason and possibly add "not listening to staff" since they obviously didn't. IF they do stop, but start up again, I'll use a 3 strike policy and ban them for a day after the 3rd strike. Like if they start blowing up cars again and get reported, I'll give them the second warning and say "one more and you're done" or something like that, and then I'll follow through if it happens again.
If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. *
I feel this should be a temporary ban, but maybe that's me being too lenient. My first instinct is to talk to them to confirm this, and then permaban them. I feel people shouldn't ever feel threatened with DDOS attacks or doxing or anything like that, especially in a roleplay server where they're obviously trying to escape real life for a while and have fun. I'm open to learn if permabanning them is the wrong response, because I'd love to learn the correct response if this isn't. Also, before any action, I would definitely speak to the player in game first, to see if there was a way to resolve it without me taking action, such as them stopping. The DDOSer case feels much worse to me though because it feels like threats to people outside of the server, and I don't feel like that should ever be acceptable, nor should that person be welcome in the server since they have such malicious intentions.
If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. *
TP to the situation and confirm the victim's story. After getting the story from both sides, I would warn them not to harass anymore or they risk a temp-ban. I feel harassment should be dealt with harshly, especially if the victim feels strongly enough to use the word "harassment" without me saying it beforehand. I would absolutely hope they stop and I don't have to take action, but if not I would probably tempban them for a few days, to give them time to forget who they were harassing hopefully. I'm open to being taught if I should react more or less seriously, but I'm a massive opponent of harassment, especially if it's serious in any way. Nobody should feel like they are going to be harassed if they join BCDOJ.
What do you do on a daily basis in real life that could cause you to not be on the server at specific times? EX. (School, work, traveling)
I plan on getting a 9-5 job in the next few months, as I just graduated college. Once that happens, I obviously will only be on after 5pm, but I still plan on being active daily. Currently, I'm taking a graduate course which runs Monday and Wednesday at 6-9, so I'm fairly free every day to cater to staff duties.

Similarly to how a business has you sign a confidentiality agreement, I treat this the same way and would never disclose any staff-only voice channels. I would turn off any recording I was doing if I needed to join one of these conversations. I currently don't record, but I'm saying hypothetically if I ever started.
