Why do you want to be a moderator on BCDOJRP? *

I want to be a moderator on this server because it's really the only GTARP server that I've found that's been active, I enjoy the people and personalities that I've met in this community and I've grown to like the people on here. It would pain me if anything malicious happened to it. So I'd like to be given the chance of reducing it. I want to make sure that the server is healthy and that all parties involved are enjoying their current rp scenario.

What experience, if any, do you have moderating? Are you currently staff on another server? If you have left a previous staff position on another server, explain why. Have you learned from your mistakes, if you had made any? *

The only experience I have moderating was for a small twitch channel back when I was younger. I'm currently not in any staff position for any of the communities I'm in. I have learned from the mistakes I made when I was younger which weren't apparent to me at the time and that I've learned from.

What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? *

I believe myself to be very active in the BCDOJ community which would allow me to respond in game for any calls of a moderator in game. I offer my critical thinking and problem solving skills, my hard work and dedication along with my willingness to remain unbiased in all sorts of situations, and last my IT/Technical skills(with a bit of charisma ;).

How long have you been roleplaying? This includes games other than FiveM. Why do you like to roleplay? Explain in detail. *

I've been roleplaying for 3 years now specifically in D&D and other TTRPG games, in a community completely unrelated to BCDOJ or GTAV. I enjoy roleplaying because it allows me to escape the world that i'm currently in. RPing allows me "experience" different aspects in life that I normally wouldn't experience in my lifetime or at all. To me being able to roleplay puts you in the shoes of someone else and allows you to view things from their perspective.

If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. *

If someone was deliberately exploding cars I would take them over to have a small private conversation where I would ask them why they were exploding cars up and how it was involved in their current rp scenario. If it was the persons first offense I would give them a verbal warning explaining to them why it wasn't appropriate and politely ask them to stop. If the person kept on exploding cars despite their warning I would proceed to then kick them from the server with a small summary as to why they were kicked. If the person was persistent if possible I would then ban them from the server or ask someone with ban perms to do so.

If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. *

I would take the acting party to have a small talk with them, I would inform them that any sort of talk about DDOSing/hacking another player is not just against the server rules but also against FiveM rules, I would politely ask them to stop talking about hacking inform them and that to show them that i'm willing to enforce server/FiveM rules, I would give kick them from the server. If the person continued to issue out such threats I would then proceed to ban them from the server.

If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. *

I would talk to both parties in private in order to hear both sides of the story of what rp was going on. I'd ask the person being harassed in what aspect/part of the scenario did they feel harassed in. After hearing over both testimonies there are two choices I could make, if both parties were fine with the overall scenario I would ask if it was possible for them to skip over the part where one was being harassed; the other choice would be asking both parties to not partake in the sort of rp that they were doing offering possible alternatives that they could engage in. Continued harassment would then be retaliated with a kick and ban respectively.

What do you do on a daily basis in real life that could cause you to not be on the server at specific times? EX. (School, work, traveling)

I'm currently working a new job that requires my attention at most 4 days of the week from 8am-5pm est at the latest. Which means that I'm available from 6pm to whatever time I choose to go sleep. On days that I don't have work I'm usually available whenever. Because the other community i'm in holds operations for another game I play from 8pm-10pm on fridays and sundays. I'll be unavailable for those two hours if I decide to partake.
