Why do you want to be a moderator on BCDOJRP? *

The main reason i would like to be a form of Administrator / Moderator is because simply i wanna be of help to this server, the past days i've been playing on this server i've noticed that the staff are really underhanded, yesterday i was doing an admin ride along with minimouse and i really saw how hectic it was, when you have 64 people on the server you get put into stressful situations all the time, and when you don't have much staff on the ground, then the staff team starts to get really stressed out and that makes the time that they're on unenjoyable and that's why i wanna be a moderator, to make it better for the community and to make it easier on the staff by supporting them, this is a great community and i don't want the rule breakers to ruin it for the rest of the community. even when i'm not currently staff i try to help people and make their time more enjoyable and the staffs time more enjoyable by trying to prevent bad situations from happening.

What experience, if any, do you have moderating? Are you currently staff on another server? If you have left a previous staff position on another server, explain why. Have you learned from your mistakes, if you had made any? *

I honestly have tons of experience staffing servers, I've personally been staff on more than 10 Garry's mod servers and I've even owned some semi-popular servers as well. on the other hand, I've been staff on multiple Arma 3 servers being roles such as Owner, Moderator, Admin and so on. i have a ton of experience in stressful situations and high profile situations and throughout my experiences, I've learned to adapt and deescalate the situation and make it calm as possible to prevent people from getting more upset, i know how to handle stressful situations from my past experiences as staff on multiple servers, for an example when 5 people are all screaming at each other i can deescalate that situation and perform under the correct circumstances without escalating the problem even more. i believe that me and my experiences can certainly help the server and give the new staff some helpful tips on how to control and deescalate situations. in all i have alot of experience from my couple years of staffing other servers.

What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? *

The reason you should pick me over other applicants is simply I strive to do my best that I possibly can, I love helping others succeed in their roleplay goals and gameplay experience and I think that's one of the main reason's you should pick me over other applicants. other than that i have a lot of experience in staffing and i can handle stressful situations quickly, thoroughly, and maturely without causing a big ruckus. from my past experiences from staff i have learned to adapt to the community and rule structure and i think that if something was to come up that was really intense like 5 people yelling at each other i know i could deescalate the situation and make it calmer so in all i think that's what makes me stand out over other applicants and i believe that these qualities will really help the community and i think these are the main reasons that i should be picked over other applicants.

How long have you been roleplaying? This includes games other than FiveM. Why do you like to roleplay? Explain in detail. *

i started role playing back in early 2014, first it all started on Garry's mod role-playing as police and military after about 3 years of that I moved onto Arma III and honestly, that's where it all kicked off. arma 3 is an open world game that you can role play as a police, Civilian, and medic on (Altis life) and that's where most of all my role-playing experience really kicked off, from the time I started on Arma III I was role-playing as a civilian then soon i got whitelisted for police and medic it was all really fun and through all my time playing Arma I racked up around 3.5k hours of pure roleplaying experiences so that's why I do really well in FiveM, and so, in conclusion, I've been roleplaying for around 5 years and i've had several encounters and really good roleplays over the years.

If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. *

First i would go over to them and tell them what they're doing wrong and explain to them that what they're doing is wrong and against the server rules, then i would proceed to direct them to the server rules on the discord.

If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. *

if someone was threatening another person with DDOS and or any form of hacking i would instantly goto a higher up and give them their name and id, However, if i was a high enough rank in the staff force i would serve them with an instant permanent ban then i would proceed to tell a highup about the situation and make it known for the reason of which he/she was banned. as for on server hacking i would spectate and make sure the person was hacking and if he/she was hacking then i would punish them accordingly.

If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. *

i would use my own personal judgement, if i was that it was really harassment then in would tell them both to split apart and if the problem persists then i would issue warnings / contact a higher up staff member although i think i would be able to defuse the situation and i believe they'd go their separate way.
