Why do you want to be a moderator on BCDOJRP? * I would love to be a moderator due to multiple varying reasons. I have been thinking about joining the staff team for quite a while now and a lot of people have told me that I should apply. I have also been wanting to get back into staffing as I have done it many times before and enjoy it quite a lot. Another factor in me wanting to join the staff team is whenever I am on I am constantly witnessing rule breaks and I always try to report them but of course staff isn't always available especially in my timezone which is frustrating but understandable so I would like to help out in any way I can. When I do see staff many of which are good friends of mine they always seem stressed and overworked and if there is something I can do to help then I will do to the best of my ability. I am constantly getting people coming up to me and messaging me of discord asking for me to help with staff situations etc I usually try to help out the best I can but I could help more if I had the responsibility and ability of a staff member. I believe I could help out more and give back to the community in a better way if I undertook this responsibility. I am good friends with many members of the staffing team and am constantly watching them and I know I could do the same if given the chance I also have the knowledge and experience to do so it can be frustrating. If there is anyway I can help more I love to do so and this in my opinion is a way in which I can help more people and this community.

As previously mentioned I have quite a lot of staffing experience which does also come with its fair share of mistakes in which I am not ashamed about as they also come with there own lessons. While mostly small mistakes over the last 6-7 years of role-playing I have become a veteran in staffing I believe picking up lessons as I go. I have been a admin on a Gmod PoliceRP server which resembles our own server just on a different game there I learnt quite a few a lessons mainly small but I learnt when I needed to be lenient and when I needed to be strict among this I also learnt when I needed to give calm myself down as well as stay impartial. I retired from Gaming-light at the rank of admin roughly 7 months ago. Before that I was a head admin at the biggest Gmod server known as Ice-fuse here I learnt how to lead staff members as well as responsibility at this position it was very stressful due to the amount of members in the community in the thousands I learnt a very smaller lessons but the main one that stands out looking back is burning out I worked non stop for 6 months to go from senior admin to executive admin to Head admin and if I'm honest once I got to the rank I was aiming for so long I had completely lost joy in the staff team it felt more like work than it should have I took a 1 week leave of absence and came back I used that time to decide what I was going to do going forward and I decided that I was going to continue to stay as a head admin but I was going to work hard but not over work myself there I learnt my limits which are very high but not to work 24/7 and not to worry so much. I ended up resigning after 5 months of being a head admin as I was offered a higher rank but wanted to focus more on RP so I gave it down to my choice who has done a fantastic job from what I hear. Before then I was a senior admin at a Arma 3 life mod community there were a couple of community's in which I was staff in but I am going to focus on one in particular EVO was the community's name this is by far the biggest community I have ever been apart of and its were I consider my start in staffing here I learnt confrontational skills on how to defuse conflicts and get people to talk calmly with one another without them screaming over each over. I learnt how to get people to calm down and how to get both sides of the argument. If I am honest I made many mistakes at this server when I was starting out and I think they modeled me into the person I am today. The biggest thing I think I have learned from these server is people skills and also how to control myself being either Ego, anger or anxiety. I think my past experience shows how much I have learnt and Improved from my time as a staff member and I hope you can see how its made me. (If you need any evidence of any of these community's I'd be more than happy to help :D)
What can you contribute to BCDOJRP? Why should we pick you over another applicant? *
I believe you should pick me due to my maturity and how I would fit within the staff team. I am very active and have many skills in which would help me within this potion I am also willing to learn and change to better suit this server. My past experience is important but I am also looking to keep improving and I think this server would help me do that I have completed many basic mistakes people make when they first start staffing and I wouldn't be committing them I have learnt and would fit nicely in the staff team I believe. I am also highly active on pretty much from early BST hours to Early AU hours. I am very competent and know how to stay calm and collected at all stressful times. I don't judge people based on age and have many friends across this server cause of that. I have also done a couple staff ride along's just watching and helping when needed. I know how to listen and follow instructions as well as give them and take leadership. I also read over rules and always follow them to the best of my ability at any given time among that I hold people to the same standards I do not above nor lower.

Roughly 6-7 years of Role-playing across multiple games being Gmod, Arma 3, Fivem / GtaV, Arma 2. I really love Role-Playing cause it gives a great escape from reality and also I usually am doing police RP due to wanting to join the force after college.
If someone was exploding cars, what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. *
So first thing I would do is I would establish what's going on in the situation get his reasoning on why he is exploding cars and explain to him why he can't being doing that if he somehow has a legitimate reason behind his actions I would simply give him a verbal warning and spectate him to see if he continues if he does after being verbally warned I would result to a kick for NITRP, No intent to role play and FailRP. If he has no reason to begin with would write a logged warn out and explain to him that you can't being doing it as it causes lag etc. If he persists after spectating I would kick and then escalate to a ban if he continues after coming back as per procedure.
If someone was threatening members with a DDOS Attack or other form of "Hacking," what would their punishment be? Explain in detail. *
So I would calm both sides down as thing must have been pretty heated for people to be threatening with such actions and the participant of this as I have witnessed first hand are usually pretty immature. I would get the full context explain to him that you can't do that log warning if the person genuinely apologizes and is sorry for his or her actions. If the person is not listening and continues to do so and gets more hostile after being told to stop a 2 hour ban to cool the person down if they return doing the same escalates to a 1 week or perm ban if at all possible at that moment.
If someone was threatening another player, but insisted it was part of a roleplay, what would you do? The victim is insisting they are being harassed.Explain in detail. *
Ok so I can't explain how many times I have heard this excuse before back in my experience of A3l mainly its usually pretty evident if they meant it in role-play or not. I would get the full context and story of both sides and it from that I would make the determination whether it was intentional or not if its not I would still give a marked warning due if the situation arises again it would be apparent to the next staff member that it was intentional as well as this I would explain to him or her to make it clear as too if its within RP or not and avoid it if at all possible and to keep the treats outlandish so they aren't believable. If this person is hostile and continues during the sit to make these kinds of threats I would ban the person for a week. If it was apparent that he did mean it within RP then a kick up to a ban depending on the seriousness of the treat in hand as people deserve the right within the server to feel safe this situation has happened to me before and this is how the staff dealt with it and it worked out it the end.
